Great Kapampangan food. Try the usual sisig, chicharon bulaklak, and for the more adventurous, order the burong mustasa (pickled rice with mustard leaves and salted eggs) to pair with pindang damulag (carabao tocino). This is probably the closest you can get to upscale fine dine among the choices in Petron Lakeshore. Highly recommend.

It's just a regular menu of the Kapampangan cuisine inside the Petron Gas Ststion compound opposite Lakeshore Park. Some of the names were used in the Kapampangan version, but nothing special, as it is still a regular dish eaten in the native Filipino delicacy. Nevertheless, when I ordered the Pansit ng Apung Tina family, it has a large servings for 3-4 persons, which is the Miki-Bihon. For the delicacy, I just simply ordered the Tamales, which is a squared sticky rice with salted egg wrapped with banana leaves in a rectangular shape. Other than the menus, there were lots of take-home delicacies like the Uraro, sweets, chili oils, sardines, etc.

It’s my first time to visit. I I had a delicious breakfast of hito and buro. Fish fried to the right texture and taste is very good .Fresh mustasa and shrimp buro were perfect sides. Batirol was very good too! Petrie was very helpful, warm and accommodating. Manager, M’ Jill and staff (Rosanna and Aivy) are all warm and welcoming. Manager, M’ was honest and gave back excess money given. Highly recommendable.

The food is good. The sisig is authentically Pampanga’s best. We finished the crispy pata before it was aired long enough to be crispy. The buro needs a little more stronger taste. The service is fast. The staff are courteous.

We had a quick stop for breakfast at lolaima Lakeshore and it did not disappoint! The lugaw and tokwa’t baboy instantly caught my attention on the menu, and they were both delicious and comforting — just the kind of breakfast you’d want to start the day with. Service was impressively fast, and the staff were so warm and friendly that it made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you’re in the area!
